Wednesday Night Dinners

Each Wednesday friends and family gather to relax and enjoy a great meal together. The fall session begins September 5. Cost is $8 per adult, $5 per child (K-5th grade) kids 4 and under eat free. St. James Bridge Club

Join a group of people who love to laugh, play bridge and support one another, as we play bridge at 10:30 a.m., the first and third Tuesday each month. For more information, contact Rosemary Robinson at 868-4503.

Men’s Basketball

Every Sunday, 12:00 PM-2:00 PM Christian Life Center Gym

Pilates/Yoga/Stretch Class

Tuesdays 9:15 AM—Mountaintop
Pilates mat class combines stretching and strengthening moves that build core strength, improve posture and increase flexibility. Please bring a mat. The first class is free. Drop-in rate is $12 per session. $40 for four sessions or $64 for 8 sessions. Nikki Cotton is the trained, licensed instructor.
 

F3 Tabata & F3 Bootcamp Workouts

Bootcamp-Mondays, 5:30 a.m., Christian Life Center
Tabata is a great way to get a quick workout in if you’re short on time, you need to switch up your routine, or you want to improve endurance and speed. Not to mention burn a bunch of calories! The exercises that comprise boot camps are designed to work the upper and lower body and core, so it’s a comprehensive workout, they’re similar to CrossFit workouts but with less equipment. You only need a mat and a water bottle for Bootcamp as well and it’s a great way to start your week. Cost for unlimited monthly classes is $60.00 or $5.00 per class to drop in.
 

Upward Sports, Winter 2019 Season

We’re building our team of cheerleaders and basketball players for the upcoming season! If your student wants to learn more about either sport, sign them up here. We’ll be in touch! Official sign-ups will begin in October. Teams will begin meeting after Thanksgiving. The first games will take place in the beginning of January. The season will end in late February. Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts & Venture Crew

Centershot Archery Ministry

Thursdays; September 6-April 25, 6:00-8:30 PM, CLC

Learn or improve your archery skills while engaging in an unique Bible study. Centershot Archery is for children 4th grade and up, youth, and adults of all ages and physical abilities.
