Director of Senior Adult Ministries
St. James is a multi-generational church focused on equipping members To Know Jesus and to Make Him Known. This position is responsible for leading a Senior Adult Ministry program that are reflects the spiritual, social, and physical needs of adults 55 years of age and older within our church and community.
Children's Ministry Associate
St. James United Methodist Church is a vibrant congregation that is seeking a passionate and nurturing Children’s Ministry Associate to support the spiritual growth and faith formation of children from preschool through elementary school. This individual will help create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment where children can experience God’s love, learn biblical foundations, and build meaningful relationships within the church community.
The position is part-time (20 hours/week). This position requires the individual to be present on Sunday mornings, Wednesday Nights, and some office hours during the week. Email resume to [email protected].

Learning Center Teaching Positions
St. James UMC Learning Center is in search of 3 Lead Teachers for an infant, 6-12 and 18-24 month classrooms. We are licensed by the state of AR and Better Beginnings Certified. Hours Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:00pm.
* Must be energetic, patient, and LOVE children! Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable daily transportation.
CPR Certification is also a requirement - we pay for training and your time to attend class. You must also register in the PDR (Professional Development Registry) and get continuing education hours each year. Please contact Ashley Rowe
