Chair-ish yoga
Chair-ish Yoga is led by Rev. Jessica Durand. This class is free, and equipment is provided. The goal of this class is to improve balance and strengthen core muscles. This is ideal for seniors as it does not involve getting up and down off the floor! The group consists of men and women who have various flexibility and mobility issues.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a slow-moving, low impact activity that consists of a series of slow, gentle movements in conjunction with relaxed, deep breathing. Tai Chi has a multitude of health benefits, including increased balance, strength and flexibility, decreased stiffness, improved sleep, and more.

caring hands prayer shawl ministry
If you are interested in learning to knit, crochet or fringe, you are invited to join Caring Hands! This group hand knits prayer shawls that are prayed over and given out to those who are sick. Scarves are also made and given to homeless neighbors in the winter.

Lunch bunch
Lunch Bunch meets once a month on the 3rd Monday at Noon for a meal, fellowship, and a guest speaker from our local community. Reservations are $10 and are required! Contact D.K. Robinson at [email protected] for more information and reservations.

Hi-note card ministry
If you enjoy crafts, being creative, and would like to send prayers and thoughts to other St. James members, join the Hi-Note Card Ministry! This group gathers to make cards and write notes to those who have experienced loss, been hospitalized, or who are experiencing challenges.
