St. James Ministry For All

Our mission is to provide a culture of belonging, dignity and purpose to everyone who has cognitive, behavioral or developmental challenges. Our ministry strives to deliver teaching methods that are designed for children, youth and adults of all abilities. We identify resources and opportunities that intentionally integrate people and families into the ministry of the church.

The Gathering is a new service at St. James designed to be a comfortable space for everyone to experience worship. It is held in the Great Hall (easily accessible from Entrance 3) at 4:00pm on the last Sunday of each month.

Friday Night Live is an awesome ministry to area middle and high school students! We are so proud of our youth facility/gym and we want to open the doors for students that want a fun, safe place to hang out. Essentially, this program is an “open gym” with not a lot of set schedule for the night. There will be board games, bingo, pizza, karaoke, and other games available to play.

Buddy Program

The Buddy Program at St. James allows a child with special needs to be assisted by an adult or teen in a typical Sunday School classroom. The buddy will assist the child in activities in the classroom, getting around, interacting with their peers, and any other needs they may have. Buddies allow a child with special needs to get the experience of a typical Sunday School classroom by assisting them so they are comfortable and have everything they could need.
