meets in Cottey Parlor
The class is made up of folks between the mid-60s and mid-90s, mostly couples and some singles. We're currently more a discussion class now, and lean toward books and videos by Adam Hamilton, James W. Moore, and other similar authors. I'm leading the discussions, with backup from LaVerne Keahey, when needed. We occasionally have get-togethers outside of church, and we support Aldersgate, UMCOR, and St. James missions, such as VBS, Angel Tree, etc. We meet in the Cottey Parlor, and a few of our members join us online via Zoom. This is a fun, VERY caring, and diverse group of folks, with a lot of experiences and perspectives to share. Contact: Anne Roark, 501-541-0674 Cornerstone

This is a class of upper 30’s and 40’s age friends who enjoy learning more about God and Biblical studies in a discussion-based class. We often take turns teaching ourselves, but occasionally have a guest teacher come for a specific study. We enjoy occasional social functions and seasonal parties together as well. We generally take summers off and align any other weeks off with the children’s and youth ministry. Contact Amy Morledge (501.278.1625) or Mary Lu Fowler (501.993.3928) for more information. FOrum

Our name signifies (with two Is), that while most members are paired, we frequently might show up alone, because we are involved in our own jobs and independent activities. So, we welcome individuals and pairs to our class! We are an active group in their 50s/60s, the focus of the class is studying and applying scripture to our daily life. Most members have kids in high school, college, or newly launched into workforce. PAIIRS is service and mission minded. Our main charities currently are Urban Promise (Baring Cross neighborhood after school and Summer tutoring program for youth living in the neighborhood) , Immerse (kids aged out of Foster Care system) , and Providence Park (chronically homeless of Pulaski County). While we all enjoy mission and being the hands and feet for God, we also enjoy time together away from Sunday mornings. We regularly hold Guys/Gals nights out, Superbowl party, game nights, Crawfish boils and a recent outing to Top Golf. We would love you to join us!
